This flatbread pizza is perfect when you need dinner in a hurry!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • pound  fresh pizza dough  (frozen can be used also)
  • 2   Garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons  Thyme minced
  • tablespoons  extra virgin olive oil
  • ½  teaspoon  Kosher salt
  • ¼  teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
  • 2   plum tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1   jar of marinated artichoke hearts quartered
  • cup  goat cheese crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl combine garlic, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. On a lightly floured work surface, roll dough out and shape into an oval. Place on a lightly floured baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Brush dough with olive oil mixture. Top with tomatoes, artichokes and goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle with remaining olive oil mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 -18 minutes until crust is golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
